Acuity Brands Supports BOMA

Acuity Brands will be co-hosting an industry roundtable at the upcoming Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Conference and The Every Building Show ®, to be held from June 26-28, 2011 at the Gaylord National Resort® and Convention Center in Washington, DC.

The session “How many BOMA Members does it take to Change a Light Bulb?” will be held on Tuesday, June 28th, 2011 at 11:30am and moderated by Cheryl English, Acuity Brands Lighting Vice-President, Marketing and Industry Development and Dan Chancey, General Manager at Daymark Realty Advisors.

The roundtable will focus on the ways energy-efficient lighting can reduce operating expenses, while improving the quality and value of facilities. It will include case studies of lighting renovations for commercial properties and best practices that can be applied to commercial buildings.

The BOMA International Conference & The Every Building Show is an annual event that brings together experts and resources in the commercial real estate industry.
